To ensure every appointment runs smoothly, we’ve outlined the following policies to help support a respectful and balanced environment for all guests.
We believe that the best results start with clear communication. That’s why we offer in-depth consultations for color, cuts, and transformations — giving you the opportunity to meet with your stylist, ask questions, and explore your options before committing to a full appointment.
The full $40 consultation fee will be credited toward an appointment booked at your consultation.
A tailored product charge is now applied to all color services based on the exact amount of color used. This ensures transparent pricing and supports the continued use of top-tier professional products.
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Our stylists reserve time specifically for you, and last-minute no-shows impact their ability to serve other clients.
Please arrive on time so we can give your hair the full attention it deserves. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule based on the stylist’s availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you fairly.
We welcome walk-ins when availability allows, but we recommend booking in advance — especially for color and extension services — to ensure we can give you the time and attention you deserve.
