The Client Coordinator is the first and last impression for every guest at Parlour in the Woods. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting and has a passion for helping people feel seen and well cared for. Responsibilities include booking appointments, welcoming guests, handling checkouts, maintaining salon flow, and supporting stylists throughout the day.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and tech-savvy. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a calm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask with grace. Salon or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person who fits our culture and values high-end service.
