  • CANCELLATION POLICY


    We kindly ask 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, to their card on file. No call / No shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service price. Clients who have no showed and wish to schedule any future appointments, will be required to prepay 50% of requested service price prior to placement on the schedule. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

  • CONSULTATION POLICY


    We offer in-depth cut and color consultations for $40. The cost of this consultation will not be refunded if you choose not to book with us. If you do choose to book with us, that $40 paymnet will be used towards your future appointment.
